WE NEED HARVEST DANCE VOLUNTEERS and SILENT AUCTION ITEMS!!

• Check-in Desk - we need 2 Volunteers to check in about 150 guests. Your shift would be from 5:15 to approximately 6:15 (or until all are checked in). Please contact any board member if you can take this on.

• 50-50 Volunteers - we need 2 volunteers (one for shift 1 and one for shift 2). They are 45 min shifts each. You would walk around and sell 50-50 Tickets . The shifts will be: Shift 1: 5:45-6:30, Shift 2: 8:00-8:45
